We make it easy with direct billing to most major insurance providers.

Just bring along your member info provided by your insurance company (normally available on your member card) and we will do the rest! Insurance provider approvals are usually instant. This means that you will know exactly how much is covered at the time of purchase and can be sure to take advantage of all your benefits. There is no waiting with direct billing and your new glasses can be ordered right away for you to enjoy sooner!

Direct billing is available on the purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses. Certain locations also offer direct billing for eye exams.

Proof of the lower offer is required. The Best Price Guarantee applies to ophthalmic lenses only and on presentation of a lower price on the same type of ophthalmic lenses from any other optical store within a radius of 50 kilometers (excludes online retailers).

In order to qualify, the estimate (or proof of price) must:

  • Contain the name of the product offered.
  • Contain all items of the order (lenses, options and frame).
  • Be referred by an optometrist or an optician with the name of the establishment.
  • Specify that the lenses must be a standard item for sale (not a limited-time offer or clearance).
  • Be specific to the client who presents the estimation.
  • Come from an eye care professional within a radius of 50 kilometers.
