With new retail locations within select Hudson’s Bay stores, Glasses Gallery at Hudson’s Bay offers customers the possibility to shop in a retail store environment, while having additional access to online products through their partnering site.


Our staff is there to help you select the right products, whether you are choosing something found in one of our Glasses Gallery at Hudson’s Bay stores, or through our online partner at GlassesGallery.ca. Partnering with the online shop allows us to offer our customers a selection of up to 5000 frame styles!

FAQ

Can I buy the same products found online in the Glasses Gallery at Hudson's Bay stores?

Most frames found online are exclusive to the online store. However, you have access to ALL the frames found online when shopping at Glasses Gallery at Hudson’s Bay stores. Our staff will guide you through theframe selection process and an Optician will help you select lenses from our in-store product range.

What if I don't find the perfect frame in-store?

You’re in luck! With access to our online partner’s frame selection, you have over 5000 styles to choose from! Frames from our online partner can be ordered in store and fitted with lenses from our in-store selection.

Can I try on online frames in a store?

For online frames, we offer a Real-Time 3D Virtual Try-On. If you want to try one or more frames found online, those frames will need to be ordered. You can keep the one you like and return the rest for a full credit. 

Can I return an online purchase at a store?

You can drop it off at one of our stores, but the credit can only be processed by our online partner. We will take care of shipping it to them, but you will receive your credit once they receive it and approve the return.
